We are a 100% dispersed, 'Gig Industry' company, with everyone working at home as independent contractors. Think of us as the Uber of the tech world.

McMullen  Architectural Consulting provides stock-length and fabricated material take-offs for  architectural products, both curtain wall and storefront.

With over 200 years experience in the supply side of the Architectural Aluminum market, we bring significant knowledge and expertise to your projects.

Our customers are primarily Glazing Contractors and Aluminum Manufacturers.

Examples of what you can expect to receive from McMullen Architectural Consulting on your project are:

  • An  Excel file with a Stock-Length and Accessory tab. We  provide you with exact project requirements. There is an ‘Extra’ field  where you, the customer, can make your own determinations. The ‘Order  Quantity’ then updates with your input.  For fabricated projects, in addition to the stock-length/accessory report for your supplier order, fab reports and sketches are provided for your shop with all the information needed for complete fabrication.

  • An “Approximate Length Optimization” showing how your cut parts are organized in the stock-length material.  For fabricated projects, actual cut lists in lieu of approximate.

  • Tag Drawings showing where all the cut parts are located.

  • Individualized and detailed support from an experienced and skilled company.

  • A copy of the Installation Instructions we used for the take-off in conjunction with your shop drawings.

  • A copy of any take-off guide that was available.

We welcome the opportunity to provide you a quote on your architectural projects.

  • What product lines, or types of products do you handle?"
McMullen Architectural Consulting provides material stock-length take-offs (Bill of Materials) for curtainwall, storefront, overhead glazing, sunshade, suncontrol and interior framing.
  • What architectural aluminum suppliers are you able to do a take-off on?
McMullen Architectural Consulting handles all architectural aluminum suppliers, world-wide.
  • What do you need from me to do a material take-off?
Typically, all we will need from the customer is a set of project shop drawings. It's been our experience that we can go on-line and download any TAKE-OFF GUIDES and INSTALLATION GUIDES required to do a complete and accurate take-off.
  • Do you really need Take-off Guides and Installation Instructions to do the job?
Many of the accessories and parts necessary for a properly functioning system such as water deflectors, joint plugs, etc. usually are not indicated in details. It's only through the use of all three source documents that we can identify ALL necessary parts and gurantee you a 100% complete and accurate material take-off.
  • How can I get a quote on a project?
