William McMullen

William retired from Kawneer Company in 2017 after 41 years, having held numerous positions during that time.  He began his career in 1976 as a Take-off Technician at the Harrisonburg, VA facility. In 1981, he transferred to the newly constructed Kawneer SWAW plant in Springdale, AR in the role of Production Control Supervisor, as part of the Start-up Team. During the next 36 years he served as Purchasing Agent, Take-Off Department Supervisor, Quality Manager (staff), Senior Project Manager and Assistant Business Manager (staff). 

 

McMullen Architectural Consulting was incorporated in January 2018 and William functioned as sole operator for two and a half years. In July of 2020, having decided that he had a viable business model, he made the decision to ‘grow the business’ and began the search for his core team.

 

William is a veteran having served 3 ½ years in the United States Air Force, honorably discharged as a Staff Sargent.

 

William resides in Springdale, Arkansas.

Ashley Grigaliunas

Ashley is a dynamic professional who has seamlessly transitioned from a career as an occupational therapist to a pivotal role as an Accounting Manager for the McMullen Architectural Consulting group. With a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and patient care, Ashley brings a unique perspective to financial management and executive support. In her current role, Ashley leverages her analytical skills and attention to detail to oversee accounting functions, streamline financial processes, and provide strategic insights to the President. Known for her empathetic problem-solving abilities and commitment to excellence, Ashley is dedicated to optimizing organizational efficiency and contributing to the company's growth and success. Ashley joined the MAC team in July of 2024. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling in her campervan and enjoying a good book lounging in a hammock with some views with her husband and dog. She also enjoys practicing breathwork, yoga, meditation and other mindfulness practices to remain focused and calm in a busy world.

Terry Anderson

Terry retired from Kawneer Company in 2016, with 33 years under his belt. He continues to reside in NW Arkansas. Terry came aboard the company in July 2020.

At Kawneer, Terry started in the factory as a fabricator in the wall / window fabrication line. It wasn’t long after that that Terry joined the Take-Off Department, doing stock-length and fabricated take-offs of curtainwall products. After 21 years in the Take-Off Department, he was promoted to Product Configuration Analyst programming KaluCAD (Kawneer’s proprietary software for drafting / take-off activity). His responsibilities were to maintain the system so that it was constantly up to date as Kawneer adds hundreds of custom extrusions and parts to their repertoire on an annual basis. Terry’s extensive product knowledge allowed him to be highly successful in his duties.

Terry is a veteran, having served 6 years in the U.S. Army, serving 3-1/2 years in the Republic of South Korea as an U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Operations and Intelligence Assistant.

Randy Collins

Randy is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. He was employed by Kawneer in Springdale from 1982 to 2009. He worked 16 years in the Engineering Services department doing material take-offs and drawings. Randy was then promoted, working 11 years in the IT department doing various functions; maintaining hardware, software and client devices, and handling network support activities.

For the past 10 years Randy has worked for Walmart supporting the home office, distribution centers and stores on one of their helpdesk teams, one of the largest customer bases worldwide.

Randy joined the McMullen Architectural Consulting on a part time basis in November 2020.

Eric Farmer

Eric started his career with Kawneer Company in the material take-off department. During his 11 years with the Kawneer Company he worked in several of the Engineering Services departments including drafting, estimating and major projects. He left the Kawneer Company to pursue his dreams of working in the home building industry.

 

Upon leaving Kawneer he established a home building business in Northwest Arkansas. His company built single family homes in many different price ranges from first time buyer to high end custom homes.

After retiring from home building, he moved to the Yucatan area of Mexico, where he lives a simpler life with his wife. He and his wife restore turn of the century home in Merida, Mexico area.

 

Eric joined the McMullen Architectural Consulting team in January of 2021.
